Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.2.
Put the lobster, salmon, scallops, scampi, and lobster bisque in a bowl.
Pour in the lemon juice and salt.3.
Add the lemon, ginger, garlic, and parsley.4.
Sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan cheese and season with pepper.5.
Cover the bowl with foil and bake for about 15 minutes or until bubbling and cooked through.6.
Cut the bread in half lengthwise and slice into thin strips.7.
Add 2 cloves of garlic and sauté for 2 minutes or so.8.
Place the bread slices in a large baking dish.
Place about 1 tablespoon of crab sauce and 1 tablespoon salt in the bowl.9.
Pour crab sauce into the crab meat mixture and stir it around.10.
Put 1 tablespoon crab sauce in each of the two bowls, and add the other crab meat.11.
Top each bread slice with 2 tablespoons crab sauce, and sprinkle with parsley and a few sprigs of thyme.12.
Bake for 30 minutes or till the bread is browned and bubbly.13.
Serve with fresh parsley on the side, and a spoonful of chopped parsley for garnish.14.
This is a great recipe for a family dinner.
