Floyds is known for its lobster tails, but the restaurant has also been known to cook them in a way that makes them delicious.
The company’s new recipe uses a knife to chop and dice the lobster’s flesh, then slices it into strips, which are then grilled to perfection.
In the video, which features two different lobster tails and the dish’s ingredient list, you can see the lobster tails are cooked with a very sharp knife.
You can see it’s also made with a steak knife.
Floyd has made a few other recipes using the same technique, including a lobster tail soup with crab cakes and a lobster pot pie.
